Dan was courteous and open to suggestions leading up to my birthday celebration (he hadn't cooked some of things I suggested (British menu) before). He and his fiancee are just lovely and work really well together, as a Team. They both helped me set up before the guests arrived, which I really appreciated - because we were going to have dinner outside, but we had to bring everything inside. Chef Dan through a family style dinner party at my house for my fifth anniversary. Having a little one doesn't make going out as fun as it use to be. I just wanted the feel of being at a restaurant without having to leave the comfort of my home especially since the kids could run around and entertain each other. We are big appetizer people so for appetizers we had spicy crab sliders, lamb sliders, tuna tartar, and duck flat bread. Everything was absolutely delicious! For the next course we had filet mignon with truffle goat cheese smashed potatoes! Also absolutely phenomenal! We opted to not go for dessert because we are not sweets people, but I have had the pleasure of sampling some of the desserts and they are also exquisite. My biggest concern prior to the party was the the price matched the quality and that no one left my table hungry (for that would be a disaster). The food exceeded our expectations and as for the amount, let's just say that all our guests came over the next day for lunch and we somehow still had left overs! I would absolutely recommend Chef Dan and know that personally, I will be using his services again!

Dan prepared a 4 course dinner for a small intimate gathering with friends at our home. The appetizers were wonderful! He prepared shrimp ceviche shooters, grilled baby lamb chops that my friends and us absolutely devoured! Amazing chicken dumplings and a refreshing watermelon, feta, basil truffle. Dinner was excellent and consisted of a choice of red snapper fish or a grilled filet - very tasty and tender. Dessert was an amazing Chocolate expresso cake. We had a guest who was gluten free and Chef Dan accommodated our menu to meet that need with everything being very tasty for everyone. He was pleasant, friendly and very efficient. Afterwards, he and his fiance (his assistant and baker of the cake) even stayed to socialize and have a cigar with my husband and his friends at our request of course because they were both so friendly and enjoyable to have in our home and cook for us!
